Nine refuse to confirm whether Brooke Boney will be dropped from Today
Georgie Gardner and Deborah Knight have been dropped from Today, and will be replaced by former host Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon in 2020.
And Channel Nine refused to confirm whether the show's entertainment reporter Brooke Boney will also be dropped.
When approached for comment by The Daily Telegraph's Confidential on Sunday, publicist Victoria Buchan said that all of the Today show team will remain until a further announcement is made.

Referring to a statement prior to Georgie and Deorah's axing, Victoria reiterated: 'We have said all Today show team will stay with Nine and we are not saying any more about the specific shows until we are ready to. We are making no further comment.'
Brooke, a former Triple J radio presenter, joined Today in January 2019 as part of the new line-up.
The 31-year-old was a new addition to the panel, alongside entertainment editor Richard Wilkins, Georgie Gardner, Deborah Knight, Tom Steinfort and Tony Jones.
Karl's return to the breakfast show comes after the program's steady decline in the ratings, while being helmed by the all-female hosts Georgie and Deborah.

Last week, the struggling show pulled in its lowest ratings ever, plunging to a paltry 155,000 viewers across the five metro cities.
In comparison, Today show ratings hovered around 300,000 throughout 2016 and 2017 when Karl was host with Lisa Wilkinson.
An insider told Daily Mail Australia that Karl and Allison are 'great journalists' who will 'make a great team'.
'Karl has had a year off to recharge and get his mojo back and Allison has been honing her skills as a morning show host on Weekend Today,' the source said.
'Both have tremendous experience reporting for 60 Minutes, Nine News and Today - so they'll make a great team.'

Nine's Director of News, Darren Wick, admitted in a statement that having the all-female presenting team was a mistake, as evidenced by ratings.
'We took a bold decision to try something new with two women hosting the Today Show this year and regrettably that has not worked for the audience,' he said.
Darren said everyone involved would remain within the network, and the full line-up for the revamped Today show had not yet been decided.
Georgie will return to Nine News, with a television source telling Daily Mail Australia: 'Georgie is an excellent news reader and reporter and will be a much better fit in the Nine Newsroom.'
